Got the pesto chicken sandwich with salad at the Urbane Cafe in Northridge. It was the only food I ate that day that others in my party did not.

The next day had a fever, chills, violent diarrhea that was just bright yellow water, fatigue and dizziness. Also cramps and nausea that got really bad but never actually vomited.

Basically had to sleep as much as I could for 2 days. On the 3rd day I was able to eat some apple sauce and crackers and waste has become slightly more solid. Am recovering thank God. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue
