Chips Trigger Severe Illness - Utz Party Mix, Harrisburg Pennsylvania

Earlier this week, I got violently ill after eating chips I was the only one who ate the chips and about 20-30mins later I began to cramp and feel nausea and pain. This continued to worsen over a period of 5-6hrs until I began violently vomiting. I was becoming dizzy and short of breath and the cramping in my stomach got so bad I was crying with tears in pain. It took about 24-30 hrs until I was able to begin to regain my strength and wits. I believe it was either Karns store off Market Street in Lemoyne,PA... OR it was Giant store in Camp Hill, PA. Not sure which one. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
