Report date: Aug 13, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed procedure/plan for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events on site but has in-complete kit/clean-up items as outlined in policy. Instructed to provide and maintain required procedure/plan and appropriate kit or clean-up items. (necessary items at a minimum: gloves, face masks, disposable mops and appropriate sanitizer/spray effective against norovirus) priority foundation violation 7-38-005,no citation issued.

- comments: instructed to detail clean the grease debris build-up on pipes behind the cooking equipments and to maintain.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle provided in the unisex washroom. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed outside waste grease container not maintained with excessive grease spillage on top lid and on ground. Instructed to detail clean and maintain free of grease spills at all times to prevent food source for pests. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (b),citation issued.

- comments: observed accumulation of dusts on light shield covers at rear food prep area and water stained ceiling tiles at front food prep area. Must clean in detail and replace mentioned ceiling tiles.

- comments: instructed to detail clean, organize and remove all unnecessary or unused articles and equipment on side of large oven at rear food prep area to prevent hiding places for pests and remove milk crates being used for storing baking equipments and stock items--must provide and maintain raised shelfs to eleavate at least 6' inches off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
