Kolache Causes Severe Illness - Valero, Phoenix Arizona

I went to the store on the morning of November 22, 2016 at 6:40 am and purchased gas and a breakfast sausage kolache. After eating the kolache and not consuming anything else to eat, I became ill around 10 am with a bad case of diarrhea that went on every 30 minutes after. Nausea was involved as well. Throughout day of going back and forth to restroom, I went to ER around 5 pm and the vomiting started. I was vomiting with diarrhea on and off for the next few hours.
