Tuna Salad Causes Illness - Valletta St Paul's AFT, Il-Belt Valletta

I ordered a grilled tuna salad, and when it came I didn’t think it tasted right. The tuna was old, warm and flabby. I only ate half of it. One our later I had violent diarrhoea and felt very ill. This turned into violent vomiting within 24 hours, and the diarrhoea continued. It is now three days later and I still don’t feel well at all. I am wondering if I have salmonella? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
