I went to Wendy's around 12:20 and grabbed a #2, large sized, with a DR. Pepper. (This is the only thing I have eaten at all this day) Around 8:40 PM I start to vomit violently, get a really bad headache and start going to the bathroom lot's. It is now 3:44am the next day and I am still having to run to the bathroom constantly, and feeling very sick! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
