Gluten free Fettuccini chicken Alfredo, I ate here yesterday for lunch. I had leftovers from there of gluten free fettuccini chicken Alfredo and was told by a nurse that it was safe to eat even though it was not refrigerated for several hours. Today, I started having chills, abdominal pain, nausea and throwing up liquid. I have this awful acrid taste in my mouth and feel terrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
