Severe Illness After Mall Meal - Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, Phoenix Arizona

I skipped lunch since I was running errands with a friend and I got Villa for dinner in the mall food court. After my friend and I returned to the hotel, I vomited every 3 to 5 minutes for several hours until I was unable to care for myself. I kept going in and out of consciousness after I had been vomiting for a few hours. My friend attempted to care for me, but I could not get up out of bed, and was laying in my own vomit, urine, and diarrhea. Since I could not maintain consciousness, my friend ran down to the front desk, and got a wheelchair with the assistance of the hotel staff. He wheeled me into the car, and took me into the emergency room. In the waiting area of the emergency room, I still could not maintain consciousness, and the nurses instructed my friend to hold up my head so I would not aspirate on my vomit. It took several hours in the ER and two bags of saline (along with meds) to rehydrate and stabilize me. Now over two days later, I can only eat soup and easy to digest foods due to my severe stomach pain from many hours of vomiting. With how severe my symptoms were, I am terrified of the consequences of an elderly person or child being poisoned at Villa as severely as I was. As a healthy young person, I even feared for my life as this was by far the worst pain I have ever experienced. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
