Pretty sure it was a caesar salad that I ate that had traditional dressing at a restaurant- old part of town on Malecon, I was the only o e that got sick. Drove up to PV from Melaque in am and stopped for lunch. 4 hour drive away so had not eaten at any other restaurant in PV. Had caesar sald with chicken skewers for lunch and water. Caught a flight home. Started feeling really terrible during the flight - nautious, bloated stomach. Was about 6 hrs after I ate. Arrived home in Vancouver and when I got home started vomiting and had diarrhea. Stomach very bloated, swollen and tender. Diarrhea all night. Vomited again in morning followed by diarrhea. Nausea, achy and tired. No appetite. Still have diarrhea 2+ days later. No vomiting but still feel nauseous and don't have much of an appetite | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Dizziness, Loss of Appetite
