Ordered last night got Italian around 10pm closing time didn’t look to appetizing but I gave it a shot ate a few bites couldn’t eat much because it wasn’t too appetizing instantly felt nausea last night after eating but went to bed woke up wasn’t too bad now are 4pm next day extreme stomach pain on a scale of 1-10 a 10 and nausea and bad bad watery diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
