Food Safety Report: Wahoos Fish Tacos - Maui bowl.

Ordered the Maui bowl. It looked different, thought they changed the recipe or something. My 5 yr old said it tasted weird - but ate about 1/2 of it. That night, vomit, vomit, vomit.. Everywhere. Followed by 2 days (so far) of fever, lethargy and minimal Appetite. She is still sick, can't eat anything.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
