- comments: must clean debris build up on walk in cooler shelving units,fan guard covers,pop sleeves,all reach in coolers and freezers,display floor shelving units. Must clean excessive mildew build up inside of hand sink basin in pharmacy.

- comments: observed large outside garbage dumpster without lids and overflowing with trash and trash & debris on ground in corral. Must provide tight fitting lids. Remove trash, clean area and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)
