My mom purchase a chocolate cake at Walmart in Georgia the one that's down the street from us in powder spring I ate a piece about 11 I got sick about 2 I was going to the restroom constantly diarrhea I started throwing up about 4 in the morning only thing came up was the cake and I was only thing that I ate | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
