I had a large chick salad with romaine last week for dinner..Later that night I felt uneasy with stomach pains...I had a fever...I went to the washroom and had flu and diarrhia..Only once..Thank god...The next day I was ok..But I'll never eat sales with romaine from wallmart again.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

I got sick from the exact same food at this same Walmart in the same exact location last December. They need to be investigated!
