Stouffers chicken enchiladas
Ended up cooking it Thursday for lunch and ate it. And not even an hour late started getting lightheaded and sick. And keep progressing worse to where I was constanly vomiting. Spent friday and Saturday throwing up all day and keep trying to keep hydrated and I couldnt keep fluids in me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded
