Suspected Listeria from Lettuce - Walmart, Lacey Township New Jersey

Local "Forked River" New Jersey Walmart didn't have head lettuce for over a week (which is unusual for them)... finally they got head lettuce many hours after eating felt dizzy nauseous cold sweats threw up 15 times Within 4 hours. I have had diagnosed with listeria before from eating bagged salad from ShopRite and these symptoms are very much the same | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
