Ate beef stew whith in minutes after eating stomach upset then by that night throwing up diarrhea violently for 2 days straight then just diarrhea for 2 more days and still dont feel good Still not feeling right5 days in thought i was gonna die on day 2 and3 have had food poisoning before but this was horrible head and body aches violent vomit and diarrhea no fever but it was bad wife was pretty scared | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Body Ache
