Saturday afternoon during my lunch break at Walmart I decided to go have some mashed potatoes and gravy with my sandwich I made from home about 2 hours later I started feeling sharp pains in my side by the time I got home that night at 11:30 I was doubled over couldn't walk was delirious wedding and couldn't use the bathroom until I took some castor oil Sunday night I'm still feeling it very nauseous diarrhea and weak I had to call out of work which I'm not happy about and I know if I go tell the store they're not going to get I'm not going to get anywhere | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness
