Food Safety Report: Walmart lake st.Louis mo.

I bought fried chicken from Wal-Mart and I got home fed it to my kids and now they are pucking all over and have diarrhea when I took a bite of chicken I tasted blood I looked at the chicken blood was coming out of it so I checked my children's chicken and it was the same I took it from them but an hour later they are none stop pucking and have none stop diarrhea I don't know if this is food poisoning or what | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
