Either a veggie sandwich from Eegees at Grant & Alvernon, or a deli item from the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, also at Grand & Alvernon. Vomiting and Nausea. Have been having to retire to the bathroom throughout the course of the day, unable to even keep water down. Got a sandwich. Started feeling nauseous within about three hours. This was yesterday afternoon. Have been unable to keep food or water down all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
