Well happened to read how a lady was sick after Lucky Charm and I am a avid cearel eater...it could have possibly been.. Really I didn't feel ill till about 40 minutes later...I checked the milk and had my partner drink it and did not get sick..I felt like I was going to throw up and I did...I couldn't sleep I was so sick...I knew I had food poison....It was all I had eaten all day!
