I bought a banana chocolate chip muffin from the bakery section, I ate it as soon as I got home. At 4 am the nausea and diarrhea started, it is now 6:38 pm, I threw up twice, have severe nausea and diarrhea. I know if from the muffin, because I was the only one who ate it at home! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
