I am celiac and bought the Gluten Free Lucky Charms. I ate them about 9 or 10pm dry, without milk. I woke up at 5 am with nausea, and pain and diarrhea. This continued for about 5 hrs, and the rest of the day, abdominal muscles were tender to touch-sore fromSo many hours of spasming. I also had dark green stools. Never again will I touch that cereal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Green Stool, Stomach Pain
