I ate a packaged pizza on Monday evening (Dr.Oetker Ristorante Pizza Four cheese) and a few hours later I was having diarrhea, and I’ve basically gone downhill from there, it is now Thursday the diarrhea has lessened (probably because there’s nothing left in me) but the abdominal pain is almost unbearable along with getting hot flashes and major chills, last night I came close to passing out it was so bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain
