Additional information: This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time, I had strawberry chocolate cheerios. I had a stomach ache, nausea, and vomiting. I didn't think anything of it and thought maybe it was a stomach virus. The second time was today. I had strawberry chocolate cheerios, and about 1/2 hour after I ate, I got severe stomach pains, nausea, sweating, vomiting, and diarrhea. It felt like a gallbladder attack, but my gallbladder was removed years ago. I had to leave work because I was so ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
