Undercooked Chicken, Blood Inside

chicken marked as done at 3pm..picked up at 5pm..began eating.. realized there was copius amounts of blood in the inner portions of the meat... i tasted blood on the last few bites before seeing .. stomach cramps the next day followed by the splats.
