Saturday, November 13, 2021 I purchased 8 of Taylor Farms Apple and Walnut Salad with Chicken & other Taylor Farms Salads from there. Some of the lettuce was brown, but I didn't think anything about it. I ate this Salad Sunday, November 14th, 2021 and 30 mins later, I had stomach cramps, gas, and diarrhea. I took all 8 salads back there with my receipt Monday, November 15. 2021. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
