Last night I ate a can of chef Boyardee spaghetti and meatballs. My stomach felt a little weird after but I didn’t think too far into it and went to bed. I woke up 3 hours into my sleep vomiting and with diarrhea. I got to a manageable point and went back to sleep. I woke up for school and I’m still not feeling good. I didn’t vomit again but I’ve been stuck on the toilet for 35 minutes with heartburn/ diarrhea and had to call In from school. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heartburn
