Asian Salad Triggers Illness - Walmart, Lehighton Pennsylvania

Not sure, but I think it was the Marketside Asian style salad that I bought. I ate the salad with dinner last night at around 5 pm. An hour later I started to get heartburn. I started getting nauseated and laid down at around 8 p.m. Then the vomiting and diarrhea started and lasted til 10 p.m. I went to bed and feel ok this morning.
