Additional information: I don't know if it was delmonte product or a steroid shot i received for other weird ear head and neck symptoms that started after I began eating delmonte southwest cauliflower rice daily | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
