We bought a cooked rotisserie chicken Sunday afternoon. Took it home and removed the breast meat from the bone and stored it in Tupperware in the refrigerator for a couple hours. I used it to make chicken Enchilada casserole. Within a couple hours of eating my husband began vomiting. He has been throwing up and dry heaving with mild diarrhea.
