July 27 2023 Quaker Oat Squares Cinnamon. Brand new box. I had a serving for my dinner. Woke up about 2 in the morning with really bad stomach pains, went to the bathroom because I felt sick. Had diarrhea and vomited several times. I was able to go back to sleep about 4:30. The next day I could not eat, felt sick and my stomach was still a little bloated. Took until today (7/30) to feel better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating, Chills, Stomach Pain
