Felt sick to my stomach after drinking Great Value brand of "energy tropical fusion drink enhancer" that was on sale at this place

Initially felt extremely nauseous, used pepto but experienced painful watery stools for two days. Had a very bad headache both days with bouts of dizziness. Took two rapid tests for COVID-19, both negative. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Headache, Dizziness
