Initially felt extremely nauseous, used pepto but experienced painful watery stools for two days. Had a very bad headache both days with bouts of dizziness. Took two rapid tests for COVID-19, both negative. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Headache, Dizziness
