I had ate a Totino's rectangle pizza yesterday and woke up to severe stomach pain that forced me into the bathroom for nearly and hour. The symptoms I experienced were diarrhea, stomach cramping, and extreme pain in the stomach area. I have never had this issue before with totino's but it might be worth adding that I hadn't ate a Totino's pizza in nearly 6 months and got one to see if I still liked them. The specific type of pizza was the rectangle pepperoni one.| Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
