I picked up a small container of Great Value macaroni salad to have for lunch yesterday. I ate around 1-1:30 pm and did not eat anything afterwards. Later that evening, I was having excruciating stomach pain. About 10 pm is when the vomiting & diarrhea began. I was up about every 2 hrs, vomiting & diarrhea. I can’t even keep water down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
