Same as many of these post. I ate light during the day and it was a while before I had ingested anything . I made the kd Mac and cheese as usual. Bout 1 maybe 2 hours later I went stiff as a board and shaking. I know my symptoms for food poisoning for myself and it classic food poisoning. I went and threw up felt a huge wave of relief but still felt under the weather for another 12+ hours. I am going to have a hard time eating kd again for a while that’s for sure
