I started eating oíkos zero sugar yogurt Monday I got ugly cramps feeling like someone was squeezing my intestines I didn’t suspect the yogurt so I ate it again Tuesday same thing knotting stomachache and nauseous I skipped eating it Wednesday and I was fine and I decided to eat one today on Thursday again knotting stomach ache so I’ve concluded it is this yogurt | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
