Both my sister and I ate Walmart bakery miniature vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting and sprinkles on Christmas Eve. At 4:00am - both of us became nauseous & started vomiting. I took anti-nausea medication which helped but she was sick all night and the next day and missed Christmas. She and her family had to leave early - she got sick a couple of our times during the day and then slept the whole day into the next day. I started feeling sick after they left around noon, vomited again. I took more medicine and slept for the rest of the day. I got up once around 7pm because I wasn't feeling well again, took a bath and then went back to bed and slept until the next day. Next day we both felt worn out and tired but, the nausea and vomiting dissipated. I ate only 1 cupcake but, my sister ate 3 or 4 which I believe is why her symptoms were more severe than mine. I actually didn't eat much that day or night and I met up with them around 7 PM and I brought the cupcakes. We didn't eat anything else the same and no one else got sick and her and I were the only two that actually eat the cupcakes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
