Barilla pesto sauce Ate ravioli with the pesto sauce Sunday evening, that night had diarrhea. All day Monday experienced on and off nausea to the point I did not want to eat. Late this morning I had the remainder of the ravioli and pesto and have had diarrhea all afternoon and evening. Tried tums and alka seltzer both time without relief.
