My 6 year old son got chicken tenders from the hot food area at Walmart and now has symptoms of food poisoning. He started throwing up a couple hours after eating them and hasn't been able to keep any fluids down for over 12 hours now. He also has a headache. No one else in the house ate the chicken tenders and everyone else is fine. So it's not a stomach virus. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
