Frozen Meals: Thaw Issue - Walmart, Lake Forest California

Walmart Supercenter, Towne Centre Drive, Foothill Ranch, CA, USA

Got violently sick over Amy's frozen spinach enchaladas. Lost a day of work. In the evening my wife went back and checked the freezers, most of the boxes were damp and wet, thawed out. This is not the first time this particular store has had this problem and not dealing with it correctly. At the time we didnt notice how damp they were when we picked them out, or maybe they were not damp enough to notice at the time we purchased, but certainly not as bad as they were when my wife checked a few hours later to complain to the manager. The acting manager never met her, nowheres to be seen. I took the brunt of it since I ate most of the tv dinner that evening. They need to get their act together, as this store is notorious for this and poor stocking practices. Either way over stock or way under for items that should always be on the shelf. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
