Nowadays, we need to have anti-nausea and anti-diarrhea meds ready at hand when we eat food. Restaurants should have a notice on display: EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK !. The latest food poisoning I had was when I ate a low carb bread. By the time I was done eating, I could barely make it to my bed to lay down with severe nausea, then vomited violently several times. Food poisoning is becoming the norm, I think. Have your anti-vomiting and anti-diarrhea meds ready when you eat ! :) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
