Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, CrampsSuspected source: I literally ate a frozen margarita pizza from California kitchen at first I thought I pulled a muscle but I just started throwing up. What's unusual is it doesn't feel like nauseousness it feels more like pain

Additional information: I bought a frozen pizza from here it was the margarita thin crust. I started getting pain right after I ate I thought I had pulled a muscle. Then I started vomiting now the pain is alleviating now that I'm vomiting a little bit the vomiting started literally within 30 minutes after eating
02/26 update: I've got a really strong stomach. I threw up really quickly and violently twice and then everything was good and it was definitely the pizza that came out so I feel like my body just rejected it. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
