Moldy Jerky Causes Illness - Walmart, Calhoun Georgia

I was eating a sandwich and turkey jerky. During my break @ 1PM shortly after around 2:49PM I felt warm like I had to vomit, and then my stomach was in knits(bad cramps). I had to rush off of my work call, ran to the bathroom where I was vomiting with diarrhea at the same time for over two hours. I started losing energy, my head hurt and I got chills. Went to urgent care and they said it was all the symptoms of food poisoning. My daughter and I ran home looked at the food and saw mold on the turkey jerky and checked the meat.
