Spaghetti & Meatballs Illness - Walmart, Houghton Lake Michigan

I ate a can of spaghetti and meatballs last night at 10:30 pm and woke up at 2am throwing up and I have the worst diarrhea ive ever had, still have it now. Missed work today, have a 100.4 temp, stiff as hell and a headache that won't go away. Ive already had Covid but this is food poisoning, ive had it twice before. I need to check the can because it came in a 4 pack and should have a date on the can or plastic.
Chef boyardee spaghetti and meatballs I was the only one who ate the spaghetti and meatballs and it took about 3 1/2 hours before I got sick.
I vomited 4 times from 2am last night until 6 am this morning. Have diarrhea the whole time at least 20 times on the pot. Headache and stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
