Prepared and ate frozen meal at 6 PM February 16, 2018. Suddenly felt extremely ill at midnight. Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, extreme dizziness, and profuse sweating. Wife called the EMTs when I passed out on the floor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
