Sorry to heat that...always make sure to check the time the hot items were placed in the unit and the pull time. Times should be on the product. If no times listed, walk away and never take items that have exceed the pull time which is not more than 4 hours after being placed for display. This should reduce risks for illness from improper holding temperatures.
