Cereal Causes Severe Symptoms - Walmart, Dayton Ohio

My son ate cinnamon toast crunch this morning and became nauseous. He has since vomited a couple times and has diarrhea He began complaining he wasnt feeling well shortly after breakfast..within a couple hours he was feeling dizzy, had chills. He laid down and got up about 20 minutes later nauseous. He then attempted to drink some water and vomited. He is still feeling pretty badly about 7 hours on now | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
