I had a filet-o-fish and it kind of tasted a little off but with all the sauce it was hard to tell. About 30 minutes after eating it I didnt feel well and an hour or so later I had projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea. I threw up about 5 times and had about the same severe bouts of diarrhea. I took a Gravol and fell asleep at 8 pm and woke up once in the night to throw up again. I slept 12 hours and when I woke felt better. I had chills all through the night too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
