Premade Chicken Illness Alert - Walmart, Edmonton Alberta

7 years ago reported by user-tpzdq222 business

Walmart Supercentre, 40 Street Northwest, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

13703 40 Street Northwest, Edmonton, T5Y 3B5 Alberta, Canada

Myself, my hubby, & my 9 month old have all eaten the premade seasoned chicken breast in the last 24 hours, we are currently extremely sick. It was dated to expire on September.28/2018. If my son gets any worse, we will be at the emergency room. This is the only common meal we have all had in the past 24 hours. Myself, being a mom I don’t have time to be sick but this knocked me out. I have slept for over 18 hours. My hubby currently just got hit with the sickness, at 3:03am. My little boy has had vomiting, diarrhea and a fever. Food poisoning in a baby is not something to act lightly about since it causes dehydration so quick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
